Right off the bat, app is fantasticUnfortunately there are some small changes to be made1- the videos created are shown in 60 fps, but saved only as 30 frames per secondI would like to have the same quality that I am editing2- unable to make fading effects. Everything what pops up doesn’t disappear. Would really like that feature3- Add more and more options. I feel like it could have been at least twice the amount of what currently is available for a given price4- lastly, please cut the price for monthly basis. The only reason I am not buying it because it costs same as Netflix subscription.

Thanks for your detailed feedback! Let us answer you point by point. 1 - Can you please send us a video record of the screen to hello@ylee.io? We would like to see how your video looks in the app and how the project looks after export. It will help us a lot! 2 - You can change the duration of the elements. To do this, tap on Editor on the bottom bar and pull the arrows of the timeline with this element. Then they will disappear when you need it. 3 - We are working on many new features now. Please stay tuned! 4 - For now we decided to keep prices as they are. But you can buy the annual subscription. Then one month of using the app will cost less. We think it's a good option :)

Hello I think personal this app is okay nothing really special but personal I would rather edit my apps plus I was expecting to place its own songs like in the examples shown but you have to place it for an instagram (correct me if I am wrong) And could you pls make more cool edits like ones you would pick I think you should ask people for there ideas for edits but overall it works perfectly fine and I don’t find trouble using it

Hi! You can add your own songs. Just tap on Music > My music. If you need help, please send us a message in the app chat. Also you may write there what templates you'd like to see in the app. We are constantly improving our app and are happy to listen to our users’ opinions.

I subscribed to this program and canceled during the trial period after realizing it does not meet even basic expectations. Despite canceling on time, the subscription was not actually stopped, and I was charged anyway. My refund request was rejected with a vague and unjustified reason. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of honesty and respect for users. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this program, as it appears unreliable, untrustworthy, and provides extremely poor customer support. One of the worst experiences I have had with any application.

Got worse with the update

The app has been updated to a worse one. Now all my videos are lagging, half cut and not showing some parts... I’ve just paid a year’s subscription and suffering a lot.Please advise if it’s possible to return the previous version or either refund my money now, as the app is not working properly anymore...

Zoom the timeline much further: right down to fractions of a second for a precise cut, or right out to view the whole edit in one go.
Carousels are easier to handle — adjust the scale, move between slides, and the divisions between slides are far clearer.
