There was a problem with chats I couldn't read them. I've reinstalled an app as you adviced to do with previous problem. And now I can't even sign in. I see this message: Unable to retrieve the user information. I can sign in using website, but can't sign in using this app. How so? What should I do to get this app working?Upd: I'm in. Just tried several times to login and it worked.

To resolve it, please uninstall the current Upwork app, download a new installer file and use it to install a fresh copy. It should take care of the problem. Do not have opportunities to sign up. I am in the last step of sign up. When i am trying to upload photo, my form get reset and i am trying to fill again and again.
