I have been trying for almost a day to solve level 1888. I really want the person who designed the game to come and solve it himself. 19 moves for such a difficult level shows me that the designer’s purpose is to frustrate players instead to amuse them.Yes, fixing those gardens is beautiful but the point is to have fun and not to end up with a nervous break down and also to mention that this is not the only level with the same problem. If the whole story behind this stupidity is for the players to purchase coins or stars or whatever else, I can guarantee you that me personally will never proceed in such a thing only because of the way you handle your games. The only reason I continue to play is the beauty of the graphics otherwise I would have deleted the game long time ago.Do something about it at last.

I play the game a few years now and it’s actually the only one that have kept me playing every day for so long, so good job for that, BUT every now and then you do an update and cut or lesser bonuses from everywhere! You’ve cut the prizes from beating the rare pink stages, you’ve lowered the prizes from gathering apples, with the new update you removed the everyday prize wheel and many other cutoffs that don’t come to mind right now. You think that what you give instead, makes up for what you took away but it doesn’t! Whoever is willing to pay for whatever reason will do it anyway so stop taking away the excitement from gaining some prizes without having to struggle to beat a bunch of stages back to back in order to gain one, because if you make us pay in order to gain each prize, that’s when we’ll stop paying in general… Stop being greedy and ungrateful to your loyal players, because you will lose us! I’m already considering of stopping playing the game…

I used to play this game a few years back, and there were almost no mini games. So when an ad popped up saying that it did have, i thought they were lying. That was until i decided to download it and see for myself. There are a lot more minigames than i thought. Great game, i highly suggest it, especially if you are into matching and puzzle games. I am sorry for doubting you, gardenscapes.

This game had many potentials! Great graphics nice level design and the story about making the garden while playing ....But that’s not the case here...What you really get is a very difficult game that just doesn’t want you to progress you may be stuck for days in one level and suddenly it lets you win it... yes I suspect that the game wants you to be frustrated in order to buy the extra moves or the help before the starting of the level. And what about the garden?? Making the garden is sooooo slow!!! The battler needs stars to make the most stupid things like check a box or making a phone call ! Make the garden bigger add more territories it’s stupid to try for days a level to get a star only to see it get wasted for the battler to scratch his head !!! The only reason I still play this game is because I have 480+ levels so far and I just can’t bring my self to uninstall it but I only play it now when I have nothing else to do with my other games. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else not unless they fix it . And by fix I mean refuse the difficulty add more garden areas and make it a fun experience

I really enjoy the game and have spent a considerable amount of money on it over the years. However, I don’t feel that the company genuinely cares about the customer experience. Both times I reached out to customer support, I never received a response. This time, I reported a bug that should have been fixed long ago, and I’m still waiting for a reply 10 days later.It’s disappointing to feel that there’s no one available to help. While I used to log in every day, this experience has made me reluctant to continue playing. Unfortunately, it has also left me feeling that the company does not value its players as much as it should.

Great game, great storyline, great graphics. But, some levels take too long to beat. The events are impossible to complete in time. The ‘cost’ of the items to purchase in an event are way too high, and when getting stuck on a level, it’s just impossible. Even if one doesn’t get stuck and wins levels at a fast pace, completing an event in time is still impossible. I have so many unfinished events and rooms. It’s a GAME. Meant for de-stressing and fun, it doesn’t need to be so hard. Make levels easier and make events easier/more possible to complete. Same goes for Homescapes.

I totally agree with ” joybotsi” and the rest of the players. Decided many times to deleted but I left it and I don’t play very often. I am in level 2159 and as you can imagine I had spend a lot of money for the 5 extra moves many many times. The wheel of fortune is always giving the same things and very very rare a good price. Winning a star is very difficult and that butler very frustrating. You don’t have the choice of not putting things you don’t like in the garden or to avoid a stupid move from the ButlerI hope the designers to read this and change it for the better

I purchased the Golden Ticket for the Disco Season but with it I didn’t get all of what it was offering! The extra boosters in a level weren’t there! So I downloaded the game again. Once I plugged in the first message I get is that the season has ended... and “ See you next season!”. My 5,49€ went down the drain with all the extra claims I could of gotten out of it! Tried to talk with support no one is there! Fix it or give me my money back!

The game starts as a fun and relaxing puzzle, but the higher levels become extremely frustrating. It is designed to make you lose when you are just one or two moves away from winning, forcing you to spend real money. The constant limited-time events and pop-ups create extreme and unfair psychological pressure to pay. Some might resist but I consider these aggressive tactics highly dangerous for teenagers, and vulnerable players. This is not a "casual game" anymore; it is a monetization trap disguised as a puzzle. Play with caution.

The point of playing a game is having fun. Not beeing frustrated. Lv 29 seems already impossible to pass without buying help etc. so I guess it only gets worse. I’ll give it one more try tomorrow and I will uninstall it._____________*Update: What frustrated me on lv 29 only got worse with lv 65. If you consider that I downloaded it because of the ad with the “riddles” (that only played 2-3 times), I have no reason at all to keep wasting my time on levels that are very hard to beat without purchasing. The internet is literally full of games to help pass the time. I am uninstalling it right away after I finish typing.
