The Disney+ TV app has become extremely frustrating to use because of constant bugs and crashes.While watching a series, I can’t get through more than two episodes in a row without the app crashing!!!!The screen suddenly turns black, and then the app sends me back to the profile selection screen. This happens repeatedly and completely ruins the viewing experience. On top of that, after the new app installation, all of the profiles that were previously on the account were deleted.There is also a major issue with audio language selection. When you watch international shows, such as Korean or Chinese series, you want to watch them in their original language. However, the audio options are displayed only in the native script, so if you don’t speak or read that language, it can be impossible to tell whether the option is Korean, Chinese, or another language so the only option is to guess.The language name should also be displayed in English, for example “Korean (Original)” or “Chinese (Mandarin),” so viewers can easily identify the original audio.It should also be much clearer which audio tracks include Audio Description. Right now, it is difficult to know whether you are selecting the normal original audio or a version with narration describing what is happening on screen.Honestly the old app was so much better!it had more features easier to use you had the volume sliding option on the right and the brightness on the left you could also pause by only touching the middle of the screen once which I really loved. Bring those features back and maybe the app will be better.Please fix the constant crashes, improve the stability of the TV app, restore proper profile functionality, and make the audio and language settings much clearer and more accessible. These are basic features that should work properly on a major streaming service.
