⭐ 1/5To be completely honest, the Watqabeeb app is the worst shopping application I have ever used. The user experience is extremely poor, and it takes forever to find even the simplest features.The interface is confusing, the navigation is frustrating, and basic functions are hidden in illogical menus.A few examples:•Finding used cards takes way too long — it feels like searching for something lost.•Locating favorite items is just as difficult.•Any simple task requires unnecessary steps and wasted time.For a company of this size, it is unacceptable to have an app this poorly designed.The application desperately needs a complete redesign, a clearer structure, and an intuitive user experience that matches the company’s reputation.Right now, the app causes more frustration than convenience.
Improvements need to be made to the Returns cycle.

The shopping experience is good until you need to return an item. As an international shopper who bought items from the USA or UK shop, I found difficulty in returning items .. the help center have no clue and could not provide an address for returns.The ones they have are only for buyers of the same country.
