After latest update Viber notifications are not showing again. Annoying problem which appears very often after updating the app. Please fix it.. STILL NOT WORKING! Are you planning to fix it someday? Worked few days until latest update, now - broken again, no notification until opening the app. Tired of updating this review already.

Viber as an app is not bad, but the new update changes the look in small but weird ways. The messages look weird and small, sticker size was made bigger for no reason which is quite pointless and the top part of the messages where calls and profiles are got smaller which is truly useless and causes inconvenience when trying to click the call button when writing, also no more profiles for when writing one on one which has the same problem, it’s inconvenient for when wanting to click on their profile. I would prefer for it to go back to how it was since even though it was bigger no one was complaining about it, as i said those changes are useless and no one asked for them

There has been issues since forever - more than with any other app. First, new messages never appeared. Got fixed. Then, you get notified, read messages, but the notification bubble never disappears. Finally, yesterday got stuck at loading messages. Always “loading”. Did everything I could think of and that Google said - restarted my phone, cleared cache - nothing. Then made a backup and reinstalled - group chats disappeared (my son’s kindergarten has a group, which is important to me). Had to ask to be reinvited. Horrible app. Full of nonsence no one needs but doesn’t even work with the main functions.

ChatGPT account linking is unnecessarily confusing

The ChatGPT integration itself looks useful, but the way account linking is implemented is unnecessarily confusing.There is no option in Settings to connect an existing ChatGPT account in advance. Instead, users must first reach Viber’s daily free AI limit, and only then does the app offer the option to sign in.This makes very little sense. Even users who already have a paid ChatGPT subscription cannot connect it immediately and are forced to hit an artificial limitation first.Please add a clear option such as:Settings → AI / ChatGPT → Connect accountAn important feature should not be hidden behind a usage limit. At the moment, this feels less like an intentional design choice and more like an unfinished user experience :/
