I expected so much more from this app as I heard that it suppose to be based on the sense of the community. Did not get that at all. My adds were deleted as I posted something not according to their rules, which I did not know. Which is fine I guess, but made me very surprised, so I wanted to find out why other adds, made by other people with exactly the same content and context are there snd specifically mine were deleted. Got back long message with the rules (copied, impersonal, not related only with my issue but with many possible issues that costumer might have, so find yours if you so desire) and could never reach them again or heard of them. Felt like a criminal who is banned even though it was my first day of using it and I was willing “to do better”, change my behaviour (adds and goods that I want to sell) accordingly and keep on using the app. But once they totally ignored my issue, gave no answers, I felt very unwelcome. Sorry but thats not the way it should be done guys..

I have been using this app a lot for the last coulle of months and I am really lacking a couple of options there. For me to get items shipped I prefer to see if a perosn is selling something else I might need or like in that way saving shipping costs and receiving fewer separate packages. In order to see whether a specific person is selling several items up to my liking, the right size, type etc. unfortunately it is not possible to filter, for instance, by size in their “wardrobe”. It would not be such big of an issue if a person was only selling (when it comes to clothing, for instance) only their size, but the profiles usually are a mix of their own clothes (of different sizes), kids clothes (possibly different genders and sizes) and other items too, therefore, since I cannot sort by the size, it take a tremendous amount of time to scroll through all items a person is selling and it at times can be hundrends of items for sale. In those instances I usually give up and stop searching. If the developer of this app had improved vinted by adding several crutial missing features, it would be much more user friendly and would allow people to find what they are looking for much more quickly.

From user perspective new version of platform is waist of investors money. Everything is deleted, bugs, no corporate information where to call, how to reach. Takes money and does not provide service and no hi, no sorry nothing. Plus jeans size bug is not fixed. You put product to sell under right category 10 times per day platform deletes all likes and product. And if it is not not robot doing so you have low quality working work force. Programming is low. Nothing improved, bugs are not fixed. Platform lower quality than was before. Shame for IT department. Idea of platform is good but the programming is so low that Logical categories are missing. No thinking. For such huge investments this platform should 100times be much better. I dont see where is the worth for company.

I am very disappointed with verification process and the way it is communicated to users. The app repeatedly states that certain checks will take place”a few minutes” but in reality they can take weeks. This is extremely misleading. If the process takes several days or weeks, please communicate that honestly instead of setting unrealistic expectations. The most frustrating part is that you cannot access your own money until the verification is completed. These are funds that I have already earned from selling my own items, yet they remain unavailable for an unknown period of time. Users should have clear and accurate information about when they will actually be able to withdraw their money! I also don’t understand why such an extensive amount of personal information is required. Asking for a bank statement covering the last three months feels excessive and intrusive. I’m not applying for a loan - I’m simply trying to withdraw money that already belongs to me! There is a significant difference between reasonable verification and unnecessary delaying access to users funds while providing misleading timelines!
