Claude has been the best AI app I’ve ever used. I’m so glad I came across this app. It has been doing a great job for me, especially with my studies and daily tasks. I’d honestly rate it 9/10. Unfortunately, it stopped working on my phone last week, which has been quite frustrating because I’ve come to rely on it so much. Why on earth are my messages disappearing inside a chat??? Like why. I had a conversation about something earlier and it erases on its own. It will only show when I log out and login back. What the hell???Now I’ve accidentally typed new things without checking if my past messages disappeared, then when I noticed the glitch, it has saved already my new messages. Now even if I log out and login back, it doesn’t come back. What’s the meaning of this nonsense. And those things I discussed are very important. There’s no chance for me to get them back . What kind of Ai is this. If Claude you guys can’t get me back my messages, this will be a stain on your name. Cuz what’s wrong with your servers. Do you have an idea what this caused me?????Kindly get me back my messages.

I paid for Claude expecting a reliable premium service. Instead, after roughly five minutes of use, I repeatedly hit a usage limit and was prevented from continuing meaningful work.Over several weeks, Claude has not successfully completed a single project for me. Tasks remain unfinished, sessions are interrupted by restrictive limits, and valuable time is wasted restarting or correcting incomplete work. Paying customers should not have to ration a supposedly premium product after only a few minutes of serious use.The problem is not merely the usage cap. It is the combination of aggressive limits, incomplete project execution, poor continuity, and a service that has failed to deliver the value advertised. A professional tool should help users finish work, not become another obstacle inside the workflow.I have cancelled my payment card because I cannot justify continuing to pay for a product that consistently blocks usage and leaves projects unfinished. Based on my experience, Claude is unreliable for serious, long-running work and currently offers extremely poor value for paying users.
