HOW DOES IT WORK?
After you decide to begin your growth with Headway and download the app, you can start a free trial.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period. Don’t worry, though — in any case, you’ll receive a reminder from us that your free trial is about to end.
The Headway Premium subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each week, month, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the selected option) until you cancel. Canceling your subscription means the automatic renewal will be disabled. However, you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period.
Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

I’m really glad to be able to experience this app. I am a person struggling with my inner self in so many ways, I can’t even understand. This app truly helped me to be able to work on why I had to. There’s so much information that I can gather and apply to my daily life. It’s giving me new perspective everyday. I just love that there’s a streak that helps and reminds me to do it daily. There’s a lot of options for me, I can pick on any topic I want that sets with my current mood. As a music lover, I love setting the mood while reading or listening to a narrator. I just wish I could set a background music within the app but either way.. this app is such a great help and I think it’s a successful one. Has room for improvements but definitely worth a subscription. 🫶

UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ CANNOT ACTIVATE A PAID FOR SUBSCRIPTION

I have reached out to Headway several times because I cannot activate an already paid for subscription. I purchased a 6-month membership through PayPal via an advertisement on Instagram, and received an “Thank you for your purchase! Details Inside” email which I assumed would detail how to activate my account. It instead provided a link to the app and no other further details. So, I proceeded to log in using the email log in credentials I used when paying for the subscription. And since the “details inside” email provided no password, I created my own. When the app wouldn’t allow me to, I thought it was a glitch and asked for a reset which, to be fair, was promptly done. I was able to log in but when I checked the subscription management section, the app indicated my subscription was only valid for 7 days. That immediately confused and concerned me so I checked the FAQ’s which didn’t really provide any information to help me. So, I went through my email messages again and apparently, Headway sent me a “Confirm your Registration” email PRIOR to the “Thank you for your purchase” email which I did not see because the PayPal payment confirmation arrived in between. And the password provided by Headway was on that email. Sadly, it was no longer valid since I requested that it be reset when I first logged in and thought there was a glitch. So, I reached out for help and sent an email to Headway to remedy this since my PAID subscription time is running. I have received no response from Headway and sent them a follow up message to which there has also been no response. At this point I JUST WANT A REFUND!! If customer service is going to be this difficult to contact, I want out. Just give me back my money. I haven’t used the services at all anyway even during the 7 days that the app says my subscription is valid for. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. That’s all I want.
