Transportify is the Grab/ Uber equivalent for home transfers and large furniture or appliances shipment but with more customer-friendly features. The app itself is great with smooth real-time tracking, easy and very detailed selection of personal preferences, 24-hour quick booking and scheduling, easy access to making adjustments in preferences and rescheduling, reliable real-time or advance booking for up to 14 days with photos of the drivers and the robust selection of vehicle types, option available for extra helpers to carry the items, fair and flexible pricing depending on delivery days and hours, quick refund and automatic pricing adjustments on reschedules, and excellent 24-hour assistance from customer service even when the driver or vehicle initiated cancellation. I could not ask for more—this app was very helpful to me when I did my home relocation and needed both advanced and same-day furniture delivery and transfers with or without extra helpers to carry the items. This lengthy review was worth sharing. 😌
