I love this app. The stories are well-written and well-drawn for the most part and opening it has become a huge part of my daily routine. However, the app’s user interface and features still need a ton of improvements. For starters, maybe there could be an option to rate & review a series as a whole instead of being able to comment on only one chapter at a time. This is especially useful for anthology series with various artists (some stories are bad, some are good).The homepage & the general layout could also use a redesign because the genre separation tends to get confusing. There’s a lot of tweaks to be done to improve the app’s user interface, and I hope to see an update soon! More power to the Webtoon team and its writers, you’ve made a highly entertaining app and I can’t wait to see what else is in store. Thank you immensely for not making this app reliant on payments. Despite the option to buy coins, the app is still enjoyable without purchasing them. Lots of love for your team!

The latest update gave me a new layout for my homepage where the first thing I see is a selection of “Top Picks for You”. There are a lot of these stories and selection gives me the cover art along with their titles, resulting in a long list of things for me to scroll through to get to the things I was already reading. I don’t like this new change. I want the main thing I see on my homepage to be the stories that I am already reading displayed to me in a way where I can easily see and select which to read. I also have been occasionally receiving popups regarding new stories or fast pass for the stories I am reading. For the second type of pop up, I can’t seem to remove them unless I tap on it directly so I think it would be better if there was a proper close button

I've been using webtoon for who knows how long, as I read, I always saw how a lot of authors have to remove a chapter in one their works since it disgust other people. Seriously, this new policy is too much strict that I'm afraid that the creators or authors of webtoon may leave or completely shut down their work. I read a lot of works that contains nsfw but they censored it which is a pretty normal thing to do. This new policy is not even letting them censor it, which leads to the creators removing their work or take another path to change how the story goes. The creators are having a hard time. I know how hard it is to draw since I also draw. I hope that webtoon should at least let the creators do what they want to do. They could let them put censorship but completely taking them down is not fair. The creators are what the readers came for. I don't want webtoon to shutdown but I also don't want to see some great authors leaving because of this policy. I hope they at least let the creators censors their work. That would be all of my concerns, thank you for reading.

I rarely give out reviews but I have been using this app for years and I just have to say that the new changes to the UI are so disappointing and frustrating.You don’t have to give me “Top Picks for You”, “Your Next Read”, “If you enjoyed [Comic name], and “New Releases for You” in the homepage. It’s all too redundant and I can’t tell the difference between the 4 categories.It’s also extremely overwhelming to see all of those choices at the top that I’m just going scroll past because I don’t want to make those kinds of decisions now, I just want to get to a new episode that just came out.And what’s the point of letting me know which episodes I haven’t read yet in the “Continue Reading” section if the status doesn’t get updated in real time? (Eg I see I have a new episode, read the episode, go back to the homepage, and it still says I have a new episode)I’ll tolerate removing daily passes and replacing them with watching ads, fine. But to put ads on free episodes that take up 40% of my screen ?? And I pay for a membership (and this still happens to me) but even if I didn’t it’s just rude. It’s almost more annoying that I have to close the ad because it interrupts my reading.It’s just so disappointing that Webtoon has become so uninspiring to use. It has great webtoons and they’re all so interesting to read but please bring back the old look of the homepage.
