Your online shopping bag can be accessed from any device.
Whenever you log on to our online clothing app with your user ID and password, your items will be saved so that you can access them from any device. So, if you start filling your shopping bag from your Smartphone and later decide to continue shopping via your Tablet, the items will be synchronised, allowing you to finalise your order whenever and however you want. Barcode scanner.
You can also use the app when you are shopping in our physical stores. If you see an item you want to buy but there are none left in your size or preferred colour, you can get it via our app. Scan the barcode of the item, or enter it manually, to see where you can find one or to buy it online. Once you have placed the order, you can receive it at home or at your preferred location.
Exclusive information
You can also use our app to stay up to date with our promotions and exclusive offers in online fashion. Enable the instant notifications feature and you’ll be among the first to discover the new collection garments arriving each week, the lookbooks to inspire your stylings of the season and the discounts and promotions you can enjoy.

If you need to have the garment you want right now, use the geolocation feature of our app and find your nearest store and the quickest way to get there.
Create your Wishlist.
Now, your Wishlist, in a single click: include all the garments you like most in your Wishlist. Also, if you didn't manage to buy a garment in time, you can enable an availability notification. Simply enter your e-mail and you’ll receive a message as soon as it’s back in stock.
Manage your account.
Log on to your profile and edit your personal data whenever you like, for example the delivery address. You can also log on to the My orders section to keep all your till receipts, for both online orders and your purchases in physical stores. You can also track all your orders and manage any returns.

The app is great, however, I have one recommendation that I would love to see implemented. I suggest that when I’m viewing an order and click on an item, the app should open the item’s presentation page. Currently, clicking on an item doesn’t do anything.

Two months ago I ordered 6 products, but only 2 corresponded to the description. In addition, their return policy is extremely unsatisfactory because the products must be returned to the warehouse in Spain even though there is a company based in Romania. Not to mention that there is no customer service number in Romania, therefore I had to contact them by e-mail and through those forms that they provide on the website (this information, of course, being difficult to find on their website). For two months I sent e-mails regarding the refund of the money following the return of the products and until now I have not received the amount back even though they stated otherwise. I also checked the account statement, but that amount does not exist and neither did the bank receive any amount from their company. I am extremely disappointed by this chain which is supposed to be a serious one.

Just lost a few hours trying to return my first order online from Mango.Couldn’t find the button for RETURNS and called the courier mysef. Of course he couldn’t pick up the package because of the AVB he told me he needs from Mango Romania.Lost another hour trying to look it up in the app, speak with the chat bot, call customer service, with no success.Opened again the app and finally find it displayed as an optional field would look like.Frustrating experience and at the end of the operation , did not receive any status of my message ( was sent or not )

I do NOT recommend Mango.Immediately after receiving my parcel, I decided to exchange the item for a different size. That’s when the nightmare began. For one month and six days, Mango has been unable to provide me with a return AWB so I could send the parcel myself, or to arrange a courier to pick it up from my home.Every single day they have demonstrated complete incompetence. They scheduled a pickup for February 5th — today is February 12th, and no one has shown up. No explanation, no follow-up, nothing.Their email responses are robotic, vague, and completely unhelpful. There is a clear lack of professionalism and responsibility. It is shocking that a large international brand cannot manage a simple return process.I will be filing a formal complaint with ANPC for violating online shopping consumer protection laws, as well as notifying the Spanish consumer protection authorities.Pathetic service, extremely disappointing experience, and employees clearly incapable of handling a basic return request.
