Quite possibly the worst app I’ve seen

Let me quickly list off the positives, the UI for when you’re watching something is (most of the time) very responsive and well made, finding things is relatively easy, and the content itself is to die for! However this app is held together by duct tape at best and this is what makes it unbearable to use this platform. Films and Series’ titles and posters will randomly be swapped more times than it should be, downloading a film/episode is absolutely unbearable and a genuinely hellish experience, especially for films on mobile. You have to sit there and do nothing for a good 10-20 minutes, as any slight interruptions will cause it to reset or pause the download. For multi-season television shows, navigating through episodes can also be a very huge pain as the app randomly expands the selection screen so large it’s difficult to know what season you’re even trying to pick episodes from. For a multi-hundred billion dollar company I don’t know what went so wrong with this!

Only giving the app 2 stars cause if the content which even that we don’t have a-lot of AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL apps super laggy it barely works on the tv It would be a lucky day if I can get through a movie. Constantly rewinds movies/series I’m trying to watch and kicks me out of the app always tells me I’m not connected to the internet even though I am, you cannot download anything and if you do it takes forever to download and I cannot download more than one thing. the app is just super laggy and bad, literally cannot use it on the tv,have to use my iPad even then sometimes it would lag though not as often , every time I want to use it,its a gamble if it would work or not and there are certain series and movies that just do not work at all not even once whenever I open them the app kicks me out and it seems like a pretty common complaint about the app with some reviews and with people i know who use it too.
Saudi Disney app is different

Some of the features that you find in the app for other regions is quite different than the Saudi app for instance there are no way to stop autoplay and no 4K resolution which is frustrating and from the other reviews that I have read people are losing faith in customer support and they stopped responding to customer reviews which is sad for a company like Disney to come to Saudi just to deliver short and that is why I canceled my subscription I hope Disney improves their service in this region because we appreciate a good service and quality a US version should be no different than the MENA version. One more thing I don’t understand why they have created different apps for each region Netflix have one app for all regions however each country have their own titles with 0 problems why are Disney trying to reinvent the wheel.
