The new digibank app is much better than the older ibanking app - both in terms of design and functionality Still lacking FCNR deposit information Also adding latest interest rates would be helpful

Poor customer service

App is good but the updates are not real. Have to chase customer support for more than a week to update in backend. Very bad customer experience. I have called for unauthorised/ unrecognised transaction alert for my NRE account - amount of 50k INR. Have selected NRE treasures option correctly. however, customer support person asked me to call another no. I have done that too. Again the same person has attended the call and said she need my account number to check since she don’t have an access. Despite the urgency I have logged ibanking and shared the account no since I was much worried of the suspicious transaction. Next update was she will pass the details to NRE department and arrange a call back ( ridiculous). So far I didn’t receive any call back or update for the reported issue on suspicious transaction related When there is no customer support team for NRE account then why that option in place for the support contact number ?I have never even heard of this type of response for suspicious transaction related issue When there is no one at NRE department then why would they ask to try another number ?Only one agent attending the call and offer no empathy. Bad attitude

Without doubt one of the worst bank Apps I have used! I would give it -5 if I could. When I open the App, it gives two options - the first is to register for UPI and the second to learn more about it. Can Not Transfer Money

I am trying to send money to other account from dbs but on making a transfer amount gets debited from my account and then credit back again. Don’t know the reason of transaction reversal. But this is exhausting my daily debit limit and I am not able to retry the transfer since daily/monthly limit is exhausted. When debit and credit both have happened them my limit should be reset and should allow me to make a transaction which is not happening.
