My first time downloading & purchasing via Watson App, purchase and payment were smooth but …. I was shocked when my delivery didn’t turn up! I purchase on Monday 01/11 and arrange delivery on Sat 06/11 between 6-10pm, I rush hm to wait for the delivery, waited until 10:10pm, still no sign or any updates (whether is an email, a text, or a call) I waited like an idiot until I do a Live Chat via Watson App and realise that delivery just change its date to next week, Monday 08/11 without informing me at all😡🤬🤦🏻♀️OMG🤦🏻♀️! Worse part is, the LIVE CHAT person don’t even reply my question, upon seeing my text mentioning delivery did not come, just reply “sorry for inconvenience caused” follow-by “re-delivery …..” !!! I’m so fed-up !!! How can Watson just re-schedule my delivery as they like without checking with me or informing me ??? This is my worse online purchase / delivery experience I had🙄 as I always purchase online, NEVER such an incident happened before! Now I got to re-arrange my schedule just to wait for the stupidest arrangement Watson had for me! Bad experience and definitely after this purchase, will not re-purchase via their app anymore !!! 😡🤬👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼😠😤

From the start, had difficulty logging in as app insisted I had already registered which I had never done and I was unable to reset my password as it kept rejecting my card number and password. Had to engage customer service live agent to resolve this and it could a long time to do so. But thankful it got done. Then I realised Gender was set as something different to what I wanted and couldn’t change it. Further I couldn’t set my card details until I figured it could only be done when making the first purchase. This customer service did not know and kept giving wrong advice saying to close the app and reopen it when actually the right advice would have been to set the card details when in the process of checkout of the first purchase. Again the live agent took a long time. And it was painful just using this app to do the setup and very slow live agent service for troubleshooting.

Probably the next worst app after the one you use to order delivery from Cold Storage.Terribly unoptimised UI and UX, and the app is always laggy or unresponsive, even off peak periods or hours. Tends to get error or crash when you browse the app for around half hour and more.It’s hard to find certain products for some unknown reason when you’re inside the brand page since they don’t always display all the products. I actually have to use keyword search to dig out the item. It’s not even an obscure brand, and yet this has been going on for years.The only right thing they did after years since covid circuit breaker was make it easier to use the vouchers now with a one tap redemption. You had to memorise and type it manually in the past, which was genuinely a joke back then. The loading splash screen is also so unnecessary, imho.The only thing I like about this app is that it’s easy to shop for stuff from watsons anywhere, regardless of how frustrating it is to use it every time.
Watsons' Irresponsible Promotions: Beware of Defective Free Gifts and Non-Existent Customer Service

On May 31st, 2024, I made a purchase over $220 at Watsons and received a Sterra Moon air purifier as a free gift. However, the air purifier was defective upon arrival. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through emails and the Watsons app, I have been met with silence and a complete lack of accountability from their customer service team. Watsons initially instructed me to contact the supplier directly, but the supplier remained unresponsive. When I escalated the issue back to Watsons, they simply reiterated their previous advice, leaving me with no resolution. This lack of responsibility for their promotional products and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed by Watsons' handling of this situation. I strongly advise against participating in any Watsons promotions involving free gifts, as they clearly have no intention of honoring their commitments or ensuring customer satisfaction.
