I’ve had used informed delivery type features just off texts and or using the provided tracking number to link it up with the website but never did I expect the luxury of having notifications sent direct to me without having to bounce through any extra hoops. Signed up and have been receiving all the information I’ve needed and then some from the information they provide in the app. Personally I have ran into zero issues and being a person who is a buyer and seller for electronics and audio equipment having a database style to keep track of what’s where at that point in the process for customers asking questions to my own inquiries as to when I should be expecting to receive as a lot of my packages surge over the regular delivery drop off and have to be signed for based of value and inconstancy in past years while living at a different address where mail was often mixed up. This app helps me keep my own peace of mind for personal and business-related mail, envelopes, packages, even up to crates. I’ve had no problems out of it ever being non functioning and no issues with crashing or logging in. So far it’s been nothing but wonderful to me not sure how others have felt but for my needs it’s been great that the postal service added this

I love this service because it is very easy to know what packages are coming. It’s great because if you live like a long drive like I live and you don’t have to go check the mail it’s nice, but it also keeps track of packages coming in and out and it allows you to see them from your phone from the app so it’s a great benefit to everybody and also helps you to not to make sure that you’re getting your packages that they’re not delivered somewhere else and also your Mail. So I definitely highly recommend it on my My experience and I’ve been member for a long time I would definitely recommend it

I have filled out the papers to say where to leave my packages & they still want leave them where I’ve stated & had many taken because everyone could see them when they went by & called the PostMistress & she did her job, but my delivery driver no matter how often told, refuses to put it on my Back screened in porch by my back door, but leaves it all out in the weather. I’ve had items ruined by rain, fell off w/my mail w/it under a rubber band, came home to find them in the grass where they fell off the wall of my carport, & all I asked was her to walk 15 more steps to prevent it & I’m just simply tired of complaining because apparently no matter how much I do, I know she’s being told & yet still refuses to follow my wishes as posted on the letter she had me fill out where to put my Packages & found my mail all over the yard since it came out from under the rubber band because she wouldn’t put the mail in the box, I guess it took to much out of her day. I’m only wondering if anyone else has these issues because I’m about to get a Post Office Box & see if all my packages & mail fit in it or if I never get any mail because I’m tired of losing packages, reporting it, filing reports, & nobody being able to get her to simply follow simple directions as even told by her supervisor & head of our local Post Office!!!😡🤯🤐🙈

So much better than the website, I think in most part because you don’t have to constantly log in.My main complaint with this app is that turning on notifications for all tracking updates frequently push notifications that aren’t useful. The package tracking app I currently use will always include a location in the tracking updates; this app just pops up updates like “Departed USPS Regional Facility,” which is functionally useless enough to be spam. I had to turn off detailed tracking notifications.It’s good that there is an option to only show notifications for delivered packages or ones that need action. But without further fine-grain control over which types of tracking statuses trigger a push notification, or more informative updates, the utility of this app is mostly limited to “is less frustrating than the web portal.”
