Countries which were supposed to compete in the contest but withdrew right before the final. français (fr): Carte montrant tous les pays ayant participé au Concours Eurovision de la Chanson et ceux qui sont éligibles à le faire. Pays ayant participé au concours au moins une fois. Pays éligibles à une participation mais qui ne l'ont pas (encore) fait.
