Kerry Washington Graces ‘ELLE’, Her 1st Major Fashion Cover!

No longer Hollywood’s best kept secret, our superwoman Kerry Washington covers ELLE‘s June issue. This is Kerry’s first major fashion magazine cover, an accolade that’s well overdue and so well deserved. The Scandal dynamo looks fierce in a printed bodysuit and cropped jacket, and her signature pout is topped with a bright red shade. In the issue, Kerry talks about her recent massive success, and the journey that took her from the Bronx to the company of Hollywood’s elite.

On her massively successful year:

“I’m the luckiest broad in Hollywood now. To be the lead actor on Scandal and to be in the highest-earning Tarantino movie- I don’t get to ask for more.”

On being considered a model:

“I was not that girl.  I was a kooky theater kid, silly and goofy and academic.”

Rihanna recently remarked that she wants to procreate with Chris Brown ... okay, she just said have kids. But one can't help but make that leap in one's mind.

The star - who posed for not one but two covers of the British fashion magazine - offers a sound bite that is guaranteed to have people buzzing today.

"I will have a child," Rihanna proclaims in the April 2013.

When it comes to the cover of a women's magazine, we expect Rihanna to tone down her usual overt sexuality.

And in a leaked image of her forthcoming ELLE UK covershoot, the singer manages to channel a sophisticated sexiness in a halterneck top and mini-skirt.

With her hair cropped short, the 24-year-old smoulders as she looks straight ahead of the camera for the April issue of the glossy.

Mariano Vivanco took the photos at a Paris studio, with the singer in a series of monochrome ensembles.

Her photoshoot comes as she plans to launch her debut fashion collection Rihanna for River Island on March 4.

She may write about them, but Taylor Swift makes one thing very clear in the March issue of Elle: she does not spend her life going after members of the opposite sex.

“I’m sure if I looked up the latest Google Alerts rumor it would say I’m chasing somebody who doesn’t like me as much as I like him, people love that angle on me," she tells the magazine. "They’re like ‘Oh Taylor, coming on too strong again, chasing boys. I never chase boys. They don’t like it!’”
