Midzy (born May 19, 1999), also known professionally as NotSoRealAlex, is a Russian–American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is known for his extreme musical output, genre-blending production style, and his influence on the 2020s–2030s hyper-trap scene. As of 2026, he has released over 74 albums and has a YouTube music channel named RealAlex (Now renamed as ARIU$) with over 4.6 million subscribers.
Early life
[edit]Midzy was born in Russia on May 19, 1999. His little brother named Kash Kovitsch passed away back in October 31st, 2018, while the family waited for a Halloween dinner party. He began producing music at a young age and released his first albums independently in 2014. On January 21, 2017, he moved to the United States, where he continued his career and transitioned into English-language music. At exactly 1 year later October 31st, 2019, he made a song that made him get famous and lots of heartful messages, and it's called: Heartful Memories, which is about his little brother Kash, but the lyrics still remain mysterious.
