Hello, I created this page due to the flight's impact on Wisconsin, and the fact that it was later the first (Civil) aircraft allowed to fly after 9/11. Anyone who is willing to improve it is greatly appreciated. Just a teenage railfan (talk) 21:06, 16 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

@Just a teenage railfan: It seems the reason why the article was initially converted into a draft was because it has a lack of sources and/or being "not notable enough". Korean Air Flight 085 is a different incident; whatever happens in Korean Air Flight 085 stays in Korean Air Flight 085. It shouldn't necessarily dictate what happens in this page. I think this bears repeating here: After substantially extended time for discussion, there is a slim consensus that this should not exist in mainspace in its current state, leaving a WP:BARTENDER call as to the specific outcome. Note that if the draft is not successfully developed into an article, the edit history can be restored to mainspace and the title redirected to the proposed redirect target, United Airlines Flight 175#Near misses.
