I noticed that the Wikipedia page is still displaying the old Genpact logo. The organization has updated its branding, and the current logo is outdated. I have a conflict of interest regarding Genpact and am requesting that an independent editor review the following factual updates to the company infobox. I am not requesting these changes be made directly by me.

Industry analysts have examined this repositioning; HFS Research described Genpact's 2026 FOCUS event as signaling a move from point automation to production-embedded "agentic operations" within core enterprise workflows such as accounts payable, record-to-report, and financial crime monitoring, while noting that realizing the approach's value requires enterprises to redesign operating models and address existing process and data shortcomings.^[3]
