I looked up Globus Medical on your website. Under the heading of "controversies" a lawsuit is missing. I have no personal interest with either the plaintiff (Moskowitz Family LLC) or the defendant (Globus Medical Inc.). I propose adding the Moskowitz Family LLC vs. Globus Medical Inc. lawsuit and the verdict to the controversies category. The first link is the court paperwork. The second link is a brief article explaining the case as well as the verdict.
