Regarding starting a page for Anil Ayroor.

Anil Ayroor is a famous media man from the state of Kerala and a page is being thought of to be created in his name. Some of the content that is found in the digital space are

I am an employee/representative of Reporter TV. I request the following updated draft be reviewed by an independent editor to update the lead section, key leadership changes, technological investments, and legal proceedings based on reliable secondary news sources.

Reporter TV (also known as Reporter Live) is an Indian Malayalam-language news channel based in Kochi, Kerala. Originally founded by M. V. Nikesh Kumar, the channel was launched on 13 May 2011.

History and Restructuring

Reporter TV was launched on 13 May 2011, with former CEO M. V. Nikesh Kumar serving as Editor-in-Chief. In March 2024, Nikesh Kumar stepped down from journalism and his role at the channel to enter full-time politics.

In 2023, the channel underwent corporate restructuring and a major brand relaunch. The channel is associated with Emaraj Group International, led by Anto Augustine as Managing Director and Managing Editor. As part of its network expansion, the broadcaster launched updated digital services and enhanced its mobile application user interface.

Technical Infrastructure

To expand newsgathering operations, Reporter TV upgraded its broadcast ecosystem by adopting LiveU's IP video technology across its Indian news bureaus.

Legal and Regulatory Proceedings

In early 2026, Twenty20 president Sabu M. Jacob filed a petition in the Kerala High Court alleging non-compliance with Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) guidelines regarding share transfers and control of the channel's broadcast license. In March 2026, the Central Government informed the court that security clearance for the entity holding the license had been withdrawn due to unapproved ownership changes and that a show-cause notice had been issued.
