Nope, because before submitting to peer review an article should have already been checked against the FA criteria. Peer review's purpose is for other editors to make sure it fits what they think constitutes the FA criteria. — † Webdinger ^{BLAH | SZ} 02:30, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

Good Article?
