I am not affiliated with, employed by, or receiving any direct or indirect compensation from any individual, institution, or organization mentioned in the article. Hello Raihanur, thank you for highlighting this. To clarify, I am an independent aquaculture researcher/student interested in this subject. I reached out directly to Dr. Md. Sahed Khan via email strictly to request an author photograph and permission to use their published findings for educational/encyclopedic purposes on Wikipedia. I am not employed by them, nor am I being compensated in any way. However, I now understand how obtaining media directly can create the appearance of a COI.
