Because you have once again failed to WP:PREVIEW your edits. |yearsactive= IS NOT a valid parameter. I don't understand what is so hard about this. Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Mark Williams (actor), you may be blocked from editing. This article explicitly has a hidden comment saying do not add a date of birth without providing a reliable source (IMDb is not a reliable source!) - per the article talk page, Williams does not appear to have put his date of birth, or even his age, into the public record, which you blanked to add a very low quality whattowatch.com source. An anonymous TV listings blog that just includes a few stats like birthdate and height at the end is not a reliable source for writing a biography, and dates of birth should be handled with very great care per WP:BLPPRIVACY.
