Weightlifting at the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games was the fourth appearance of Weightlifting at the Commonwealth Games. The events took place in the South Perth City Hall in South Perth, Australia and featured contests in seven weight classes.[1]

England topped the weightlifting medal table with three gold medals.[2]
