Teacher Stripped Naked & Publicly Shamed After 'Sexually Assaulting A Female Student'

Footage has emerged online of a teacher stripped and beaten after an alleged affair with a high-school pupil in China. 

Internet users claiming to be his former pupils said on social media that the man had sexually assaulted a female student, reports the People's Daily Online. 

The parents of the girl reportedly beat and stripped the man before the video was captured in Wei County, northern China's Hebei province.  

In the footage the teacher can be seen sitting on the floor without clothes as people can be heard crowding around the man and talking. 

Chinese Woman Set Hotel Ablaze to Kill Lover in Lagos, Nigeria

Forty-seven-year-old Zhen Zhen attempted to kill her lover, Leo Feng, 41, when she set Ernest Hotel in the Ikeja area of Lagos on fire.

The hotel attendant, Emeka Nwaegbo, said this at the resumed hearing of the case at the Ebute-Meta Magistrate’s court.

Nwaegbo told the court that Zhen accused Feng of sleeping with her without giving her food, which informed her decision.

PUNCH Metro had reported that the lovers checked into the hotel on Allen Avenue, Ikeja, on July 4.

It was alleged that the couple smoked and shunned the warning of the hotel attendant to stop the act.

However, around 2am on July 5, the hotel was said to have been gutted by fire.

The couple were arrested by the police and the case transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Yaba.

China to Help Nigeria Overcome Development Bottlenecks

The Charge d’Affairs, embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Nigeria, Mr. Jian Qin, has said that his country is ready and willing to help Nigeria overcome the bottlenecks to its economic and social development.

Qin stated that China would support Nigeria to fast track its industrialization and agricultural modernization through infrastructural development, and provision of finance.

The envoy said this on Friday in Abuja during the 95th anniversary of the Communist Party of China.

Qin stated that China is pleased that since President Muhammadu Buhari took over, his government has been committed to economic development and improvement of peoples’ welfare.

A Chinese man has attracted attention in his local area by performing a remarkable feat of balance - falling asleep on a single strand of rope used as a make-shift hammock.

Fu Hong, a 45-year-old builder from Bijie, Guizhou province, south-west China, is known locally for hanging up his rope horizontally around town and laying down on it with perfect balance.

He is even called 'Mr Rope-Sleeper' by his colleagues on the construction site and his impressive antics first started to go viral on the internet five years ago.

Despite the fact that he is short in stature, Fu is endowed with powerful muscles gained from his work on the construction site and says he has never been a fan of performing Kung Fu.

Man Makes Fiance's Wedding Dresses Out of 600 Balloons

A bride-to-be has received a big surprise after her fiancé made two wedding dresses for her out of 600 balloons.

25-year-old Lu Kepeng, who is a wedding party entertainer, created the two unique bridal gowns for his fiancee Su Xuenuo as a gift, the People's Daily Online reports. 

The pair posed for their pre-wedding photos in Qingdao, eastern China, on April 4.

According to Chinese media, Lu works in the wedding industry. 

He entertains guests with his balloon skills and magic during weddings. 

Lu decided to make his fiancee two wedding dresses for their pre-wedding shoot by attaching balloons together.

A ROMANTIC story took a dark twist recently when a Chinese woman who had been in a coma decided to speak out about the reason for her 8 month coma.

22-year-old Lin Yingying was hospitalised after she was attacked and beaten, and spent eight months there in a coma.

Luckily, she was constantly looked after by boyfriend Liu Fenghe, who Chinese media portrayed as the doting partner who never left his sweetheart's side.

Liu even spent 200,000 yuan (£21,700) on treatment for Lin.

Man Gives Ex-Girlfriend A Car Filled With 10,800 Sanitary Towels To Win Her Back

Usually flowers will suffice as a way of winning your girlfriend back. 

However a man in southern China decided to use an unusual and original way of getting his ex-girlfriend back on Friday by buying her enough sanitary towels to fill a car.

His attempt didn't seem to work as she was too embarrassed by the gift and wouldn't meet him, Huanqiu, affiliated with the People's Daily Online reports. 

According to Chinese media, when the pair were together, the girlfriend asked her boyfriend to buy her a pack of sanitary towels. 

However the man, who works as an entrepreneur, was in a meeting and told her that he was unable to make the purchase. 

She then replied telling him that it was best that they broke up. 

Cyber-Spying Charges Against China Officials

The US has charged five Chinese military officials in Beijing with economic espionage and trade secret theft - allegations that China says are "deliberately fabricated" with "ulterior motives".
 
The indictment accuses the five hackers of targeting US nuclear power, metals and solar products industries.

Six American companies, including Alcoa and Westinghouse, and one labour union were cited as victims of the hacking attacks.

US Attorney General Eric Holder said the case "represents the first ever charges against a state actor for this type of hacking".

"The range of trade secrets and other sensitive business information stolen in this case is significant and demands an aggressive response," he told a news conference.

Man Who Tried To Export Drugs In Crayfish To China Arrested At MMIA

38-year old Anambra-born alleged drug smuggler, Jude Izuchukwu was arrested this week at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos by officials of NDLEA while attempting to board an Ethiopian flight to China. Jude was caught with 9.375kg of cannabis concealed in dried fish, dried bitter leaf, crayfish, melon and other local food spices he was travelling with.

He blamed his involvement with drugs on poverty and said he had no choice but to join the trade since his clothes shop on Lagos Island packed up after he was duped of N5 million. He also said he and his family have been living from hand to mouth since then.

Toddler Gets Trapped In Washing Machine in China

A toddler had to be rescued by firefighters after getting stuck inside a washing machine at his home in China. The two-year-old boy climbed into the spin dryer section of the appliance to retrieve a toy, but then got his legs stuck in a basket.

Firefighters had to be called to the boy's family home in the eastern city of Nanjing in Jiangsu province. After discussing how to free the child, they decided to carefully dismantle the device.

First they used a saw and hydraulic pliers to open the washer's cabinet, and then they used a hacksaw and scissors to break the basket. After a delicate 30-minute operation, the boy was released uninjured.

Bruce Lee: Kung Fu, Art, Life, which opened in Hong Kong today on the anniversary of Lee's death, features everything from the famous yellow tracksuit he wore in 'Game of Death' to poems he wrote as a young man, to the 3.5 metre high statue illustrating his physical skill to powerful effect.

Organised by the Bruce Lee Foundation together with the Hong Kong government, the showcase charts his journey from child actor and kung fu student to fully-fledged martial arts icon.

World's Biggest Building Opens in China... So Damn Huge 20 Sydney Opera Houses Would Fit Right In It

The world's largest building has opened in China capable of fitting 20 Sydney Opera Houses - or three Pentagons - inside. The New Century Global Center in Chengdu, Sichuan province, is a staggering 19million sq.ft. and contains shopping centers, a Mediterranean village, a water park, an ice-skating rink, and multiple hotels.

However, visitors to the glass panelled building need not worry about the weather as the giant complex will have its own artificial sun.  According to Chinese officials, the New Century Global Center is the largest freestanding building in the world, and took three years to complete.

‘This is an ocean city built by man,’ Chinese guide Liu Xun told AFP.

He added that the artificial sun built inside the building will provide light and heat 24 hours a day.

Mother of the Chinese Baby Flushed Down the Toilet says She Could not Cope with the Stigma of Being a Single Mum

The mother of the Chinese new-born found trapped in a sewer pipe claimed she fell pregnant following a one night stand  - and then the father of the baby boy abandoned her. The 22-year-old woman - who has not been named – also said she could not afford an abortion or cope with the stigma of being a single mum.

Chinese media said she went to the shared bathroom in a residential complex when she felt abdominal cramps last Saturday and gave birth. But she said the baby slipped into the sewer pipe and she was unable to free him.

She also claimed she was the first to raise the initial alarm and the watched the entire two-hour rescue in secret.

A MOTHER has spoken of her torment after being forced to keep her mentally ill son shackled in a home-made cage for more than a decade. Wang Muxiang, 74, locked away her schizophrenic son Wu Yuanhong after he murdered a 13-year-old boy in his village in China in 2001.

Wu was released from jail a year later as authorities ruled that his illness meant he was not legally responsible for his actions. But his mother feared he would kill again so caged him in an empty room in the family home.

Heart-rending images now show 42-year-old Wu sitting on blankets in the narrow enclosure with his feet shackled to a heavy chain and wearing only a T-shirt and underwear. His mother, who gives him a pan when he needs to go to the toilet, gives him three meals a day.

Firefighters in eastern China have rescued an abandoned newborn baby boy lodged in a sewage pipe. The infant was stuck in a pipe directly beneath a toilet commode, state television reported, in a case, which has sparked anger on social media sites. There are frequent reports in Chinese media of babies being abandoned, often shortly after birth. In the latest case the infant was found in the sewage pipe in a residential building in Jinhua in the wealthy coastal province of Zhejiang.

TV reporter Chen Ying was just about to take her nuptials when a massive earthquake, which has so for far claimed more than 150 lives, struck in southern China. But instead of panicking, her journalistic instincts kicked in and she got straight to work on reporting from the scene.

With no time to ditch her bridal gown and veil, the intrepid reporter grabbed a mic and began describing the scene in the province of Sichuan.

More than 5,500 people are reported to have been injured in the earthquake which struck mountainous Lushan county shortly after 8am this morning local time, and 19 people have been reported missing in the wake of the tremor.

A drunk man found himself dangling nine metres (30ft) above the ground from high-tension cables after climbing up a utility pole in China.

The man moved along the cables for 15 minutes - unaware of the danger - while one firefighter climbed up the pole to persuade him to get down.
