Lagos Doctors Arrested for Forgetting Towel in Patient After Surgery

Two doctors working with a private hospital in Lagos are to face the full wrath of the law for allegedly forgetting a towel inside a patient after surgical operation.

 

According to PM News, the duo, Dr Taiwo Shogunle, 53 and Dr. Adeleke Olusegun, 43 of St. Raphael Divine Mercy Specialist Hospital at Ijede, Ikorodu, Lagos State have been arraigned before a Lagos Magistrates’ Court for allegedly causing the death of their patient, Omojola Bamgboye during surgical operation.

The doctors were arrested by operatives of the Zone 2 Command, Onikan, Lagos. After investigation by Inspector Monday Omoigui and his team, the doctors were arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrates’ Court, Lagos on a one count charge of felony, to wit, murder.

Doctor Rapes Woman During Abortion

A doctor allegedly raped a woman during an abortion procedure two weeks after he masturbated in front of her during a physical examination, a court has heard.

According to Tribune 242, after Dr. Gerald Mark Forbes informed the 20-year-old she would need a medical examination to work at his clinic in Freeport, the Bahamas, last February, he was alleged to have rubbed her vagina and masturbated before her.

The report added that two week’s later, after the victim asked him to terminate a pregnancy, he was accused of raping her during the procedure.

The 47-year-old is also said to have given the alleged victim a packet of Methotrexate, a drug used to induce abortions.

A DOCTOR was left extremely red-faced when he was secretly filmed having sex with a woman while at work.

The couple were filmed on a smartphone by a person who looks to be peering through the window from outside in the street.

Holding up the mobile phone, they were able to film what was happening inside.

The clip starts with the woman straddling the doctor on what appears to be a consultation bed as he thrusts against her.

He is then seen clumsily kissing the woman, who lies on her back.

As he is attempting to climb on top of her, the camera moves and apparently alerts the doctor looks up, stunned.

The Ogun State Police Command, Sunday, said it has arrested one Dr. Babawale Joshua who owned Ajike Medical Centre at 11, Adeyemi Street, Saka, Sango Ota, for suspected ritual activities and disrespect to the corpse of a 13-month-old baby who died in his hospital, Saturday.

According the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, for the state, Mr Muyiwa Ogunjobi, the police discovered that the boy’s corpse was mutilated. He told Vanguard that the eyes, tongue, two lips, two ears, private part, nails and the left hand and veins were cut off at the hospital.

In his account of what happened, the child’s father, identified as Obinna Oleh, a 35-year-old auto spare part dealer at Ladipo market, from Umunze village in AnambraState, said: “On Friday the 7th of June, my child took ill, my wife joined me to rush him to the hospital.
