Meghan Markle may have subtly shown her support for King Charles‘s critic, Charles Spencer. Lady Diana’s brother Charles has written a book slamming the monarch and has made some controversial revelations about him when Diana died.

Markle used a swan emoji in her new As Ever pantry post. She wrote, “All your pantry favorites, bundled together 🦢(swan emoji). Made for stocking up, sharing, and savoring at home.”

Spencer’s book is titled “Swan Song: Diana, My Sister.” Netizens linked the book title and her shade toward the royal family by supporting the book.

Charles Spencer Claims King Charles Was ‘Giddily Elated’ Over Diana’s Death

In his new book, Princess Diana’s brother Charles claimed that then-Prince Charles was elated after her death. In a fight over the funeral, Charles told Diana’s brother, “Rest assured, we’ll forget her soon enough.”

One of his book excerpts reads, “The phone rang constantly. Prince Charles caught me as I crossed the landing upstairs. Unlike my other callers, who were stunned, barely able to articulate their condolences and offers of help, he sounded giddily elated — like a lottery winner, I remember thinking at the time.”

These claims stirred a fresh controversy, leaving Buckingham Palace with no choice but to release a clarification statement. The palace statement read, “While we do not comment on books as a matter of principle, His Majesty is mindful that the pain of fraternal grief can cloud reason, affect judgment and color memory in ways others do not recognize, even many years after such a loss.”

This came as an unusual acknowledgement from the royal family, as in the past, no statement was issued to deny or clarify Prince Harry’s claims in his book Spare.

Markle’s recent post went viral due to her subtle support for Diana’s brother. Many people pointed out that all her social media moves are intentional, and it couldn’t have just been a coincidence.

One X user posted, “As one of her employees said, she doesn’t need to shout at you to bully and demean you; it can be a simple look or a non-conversation. Now it’s just a (swan emoji).” One more commented, “Can you imagine being a mother of two and having the time, energy, or desire to be this little and petty? What a sad woman.”

The third one posted, “It’s hilarious how these idiots get triggered by a picture of a swan. Absolute lightweights.” The user tried to establish there was no connection between the two, but there were many who believed otherwise.

“Nothing is ever a coincidence with Tow, is it? She wants people to think she’s so clever when she’s just not. If she were clever, she would have seen how this would play out, and it’s not good for her and her handbag at all,” wrote one more. Another one posted, “It’s the placing of the swan with the word together that makes you think they’re in cahoots together.”
