• I initially proposed the merge then decided to reverse my decision. I do not understand why nosy editors who know nothing about a subject insert themselves in these processes. Infernal do-gooders. • I honestly wanted to agree with the merge, but I can't, because currently the fragrance extraction article also covers extraction of things that are not described as essential oils (concretes, absolutes, butters; and we have specific articles on two of these); it's not clear to me why we'd merge to one of these rather than another. The fragrance extraction article is also rather long, so I think it could unbalance any of these articles if merged. Wouldn't it be safer to leave it as it is? This article has multiple concerns: It was created and edited under undisclosed paid editing and COI (WP:UPE, WP:COI), including by the most recent editor. It is promotional in tone with puffery and non‑encyclopedic style (WP:NPOV, WP:PEACOCK). The sources are mainly press releases and self‑published material, with only routine announcements in news outlets (WP:RS, WP:PRIMARY). It fails WP:GNG due to lack of significant, independent, secondary coverage.

The new editor has also used the talk page for promotional statements, further showing COI and PR behavior.

Delete - pretty much all substantive edits to the article have been by accounts blocked for UPE/COI violations. One of these accounts was clearly aware that they were doing was wrong given they lied about their association with the subject, then came back on a sock to continue editing. If AlYahya is in fact deserving of a Wikipedia page then perhaps in future someone not on her payroll will come along and recreate it. As a side note I would suggest looking at Digital Cooperation Organization. It is the org the subject belongs to and again all substantive edits by one of the aforementioned blocked UPE accounts (User:Zenica87). ToeSchmoker (talk) 08:57, 14 September 2026 (UTC)

• This article does not fall under fancruft and an ad as is adequately represents both viewpoints. There is a long, detailed, and extensive controversies and controversial policies section. The allegations are properly rendered. The policies page includes bad or considered bad by Willoughby Hills resident policies. It also includes neutral facts. There is no opinion. The only positive is the claim of multiple businesses being added. This is subsequently defeated by a claim of no businesses added.

As for primary sources, that is a valid concern. YouTube and Facebook make sense as I only utilize them to show residents' frustration which is shown in the videos and responses in person by the accused and Hallum. Facebook is used only for campaign promises before the election. Since candidates make campaign promises themselves and promises are not binding nor able to be fact checked, this is a sensible inclusion. I agree with the statement of secondary sources are needed for education of Pizmoht, Hallum, and Bing. Hallum's statement of being born in Dayton, Ohio is also not verifiable.

In conclusion,

It is heavily dependent upon local reporting, which, in a small town (c 10,000 pop), is likely to be heavily influenced by local connections, PR and marketing activity (and lack of other news) - and so is unlikely to be reliable. Local and trivial controversies have been subject to WP:UNDUE detailed coverage to pad the article out. Hallum himself does not appear to have achieved any significant coverage in published sources that can be construed as genuinely reliable, independent and secondary. They are also used as a medium for Hallum's claims about education and and where he was born. I disclose potential biases. Other publications are Cleveland publications covered on Wikipedia, showing relevance, and are from Cleveland substantially removing them from Willoughby Hills politics and influences. The controversies are not trivial, with implications in OHIO state reports and ramifications of CRIMINAL misconduct and CRIMINAL corruption. The rest of the sources are publically available sources from government and independent sources. Delete. The entirety of the article, barring infobox, is already in the List of mass stabbing incidents (before 2010). The article was created by copypasting the description into the redirect. This was questioned the same day, citing WP:NOTNEWS, but went unanswered.

Said description appears to be a WP:CLOSEPARAPHRASING of the sources ("was enraged by a low caste money lender marrying a girl of the higher social standing Brahmin caste" vs "was enraged because a low caste money lender married a teen-age girl of the high Brahmin caste"). The two available sources, The Bulletin and Ogden Standard use the exact same news blurb ("New Delhi, India: Press reports said today..."). The third source is dead and the fourth is broken, though with the actual article again being the exact same blurb used by source 1 and 2.

Looking up the keyword "Nainital" with "1950" only shows a 4 month old reddit post and "Bharatpedia", which evidently copied the wikipedia article, otherwise bringing up only unrelated historic images of the region. Nothing in a quick book search either. I doubt even a more thorough search will find anything beyond the present sources that are two at best reported in two days and thus fail WP:LASTING, WP:DEPTH, WP:DIVERSE, and still WP:NOTNEWS. • Delete I see lots of problems here. Note that the text of the page when it was a redirect was retained in the See also section, perhaps a sign that the text was copied into the article in a block from the unknown source. The species is given as Panthera pardus panthera in the lead and as Panthera pardus pardus in the taxobox. The taxobox also includes that the animal is "Critically endangered" without citing a source. The IUCN Redlist, the usual source for conservation status, lists Panthera pardus pardus (African leopard) as "Vulnerable", and does not have any listing for "Barbary leopard", "Atlas leopard", or "North African leopard". The subject of the article is not the species, but rather the "Status and Cultural Significance" of the species in North Africa. I do not see this topic as having sufficient notability to be a stand-alone article, although the content could be added to the African leopard article if appropriately supported by citations to reliable sources. - Donald Albury 21:22, 13 September 2026 (UTC)

  Delete SimpleWiki clarifies it (used to be its own species, Panthera Pardus Panthera, but has since been subsumed into Panthera Pardus Pardus), and the topic does have its own notability (the leopard itself), but this article is probable AI which is deletion reason enough. I propose redirecting to Shandur Polo Festival because to the extent that independent reliable sources discuss the Polo Ground, they are actually focusing on the Polo Festival that is held there. Examples: , , ). Other sources are not reliable (wiki pages, SEO-driven spam blog). There is also reason to believe that at least some of this page was AI-generated (one of the sources is a non-existent URL that has never been archived), and thus redirecting would quarantine LLM-generated prose. I found no evidence in my BEFORE search that the Polo Ground is covered separate from the Polo Festival in reliable sources. Redundant. The core information is already in the main SEA Games article. Plus with the 2019 where the Philippines started a decentralized SEA Games and "20XX + Host Country" branding. This page relies on primary sources and little has changed since the previous nomination. Sources generally fall into one of three categories: Passing mentions, quotes from the founder, or primary sources.

*Keep, the idea behind this renomination is opportunistic and lacks new merit. Looking back at the previous discussion, the nominator for this attempt was also the nominator for the last (failed) attempt. The consensus among users was keep (even discounting the two banned keep users). Nothing has changed about the site itself has changed since the last discussion, and considering that this page has been up for over a year with no significant problems. I am leaning keep.

More importantly, this nomination has not followed sections C and D WP:AFD1, which call for efforts to consider whether the article itself can be improved before deletion. I believe a deletion review is more salient at this moment than another nomination. Looking back at the last discussion, your argument for removal has not changed, and that argument failed to delete the article the first time.

Since this is revisiting old discussions, I pinging the users who were part of the previous discussion. @BigRed606, @Bearian, @Esolo5002, @Theofunny, @TW929, and @Metallurgist, (I am not pinging @MAWJ The Awesome and @LanannaB since they are now banned). This is a mix of supporters and people who want it deleted.

In short, we should try to make the article better before nominating it for deletion again on what could be considered a technicality. For those who propose deletion, I suggest you earnestly try to make the article better, not worse. Yoblyblob, unless you have a bias against RTTWH, try to review this article yourself and see if you can make it better. It otherwise seems like the justification for identifying a pretty simple problem, not changing it yourself, and using it as an excuse for a deletion attempt, is a fixation with removing this article (regardless of merit).

I honestly find this deletion to be counterproductive and frankly upsetting, and one in which it would take a toll on my mental health to continue. Please be kind. Please be respectful.   @Bearian, in regards to what you have said about the difficulties of removing them from articles, I will note that in the last 24 hours RTTWH have made dozens of sporadic and unexplainable changes to race ratings on various U.S. Senate & House campaigns, which has caused much confusion among editors and has resulted in incorrect information being displayed. Editors are already spending time cleaning up after RTTWH (see this revision, where editors had to revert ratings for various Senate seats multiple times because RTTWH was continually changing their predictions without a given reason.) aesurias (she/her) (talk) 02:00, 16 September 2026 (UTC)

There are plenty of users who dedicate their time to constantly updating the ratings anyway, and I think it stands to reason that, if this page were to be deleted, we would just remove RTTWH's ratings from those pages. • Weak Delete. I went ahead and took a look at all 16 sources cited in the article at present (well, technically I skipped over the 4 citations to RttWH's own website). I thought about making a source assessment table, but it turns out that Yoblyblob made one as part of the previous AfD nomination, and my conclusions closely match theirs. So I'll just discuss the one source I disagree with them about, followed by the three sources that appear to be new since they made the table.
  1. TKW Research. Yoblyblob wrote "Good paragraphs seeming to analyze the data and some comparisons with other outlets," but I didn't see anything like that, only a passing mention. In my option this doesn't count toward GNG regardless of whether TKW Research is determined to be reliable. It's possible that an older version of the page contained more information, in which case the citation should be updated to point to that version if possible.
  2. The Hill. Passing mention; does not support GNG.
  3. Cambridge University Press. This citation goes to the appendix of a paper published in the Cambridge University Press journal PS: Political Science & Politics, which appears to be a reliable journal. However, the paper itself makes no mention of RttWH, and the appendix makes three mentions, all of which I judged to be trivial. Does not support GNG.
  4. The Punch. I hadn't heard of The Punch before, and I didn't find any mention of them on WP:RSN. Still, from what I can tell they are a physical newspaper that's been around for over 50 years, so I'm inclined to assume reliability in the absence of any suggestion to the contrary. Moreover, though it's not the primary topic, the article cited devotes multiple paragraphs to discussing RttWH and their methodology. In my view this supports GNG.
  Additionally, I searched the internet for information about RttWH. This was made harder by their generic name (there were lots of search results to filter out about US presidential races, both specific and in general, and I ended up mostly refining the search by asking for results that included the term "Logan Phillips"; I could have easily missed coverage that didn't talk about him). That said, I didn't find anything that would further support notability.
  All told, because I can't confidently say that RttWH has received "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject", I land on delete. That said, it's a weak delete for three reasons: (a) there is significant coverage in at least one reliable source, (b) I am unsure whether I overlooked more coverage by TKW Research, given Yoblyblob's assessment at the previous AfD nomination, and (c) the difficulty in searching for additional sources means I'm not confident that more don't exist. Before @Yoblyblob restarts the AfD that this same user started a year ago, the user should first be required to address the following paragraph in the previous AfD discussion:

"But I just have to say this first, I believe there is a conflict of interest with Yoblyblob wanting this article to be deleted for this particular reason, because they generally disagree with Race to the WH's inclusion anywhere on Wikipedia, as you can see here. They oppose Race to the WH in general and generally think it shouldn't be on this website, which is conveniently not mentioned in his justification. In fact one of their points made in that previous discussion was that Race to the WH did not have their own Wikipedia page (which they now do), and it shouldn't be allowed on Wikipedia at all because of that, so keep that in mind."

Even after this was pointed out in the very first response, the user still did not address this point during the first AfD. (And don't dismiss this as "that other user who said this has been blocked" - now there is another user, me, who isn't blocked, that's asserting this.)

Also, I reject the proposal in the linked Wikipedia talk discussion to remove usage of Race to the WH in Wikipedia articles in general. "If it doesn't have a Wikipedia page then you can't use it as a citation" makes no sense. That's just not how sources work - a cited reference doesn't need to itself have an article on the wiki. Thus, if there was no article for Race to the WH, that still doesn't mean it can't be used in prediction sections. Neither Sabato's Crystal Ball nor The Cook Politico Report currently have their own pages (they redirect respectively to Larry Sabato and Amy Walter, the current editor-in-chief), but those are cited all the time as wikiworthy prediction sources.

Yes, Race to the WH is notable: if other valid sources repeatedly mention RttWH, this makes it a notable topic, and it makes no sense to scrub RttWH from the wiki when it's a notable part of the content within those valid sources. Regarding this repeatedly brought up "passing mention" argument, ask yourself just what you are actually demanding. How often does an election prediction source get discussed in itself for what it is in another similar source, rather than merely cited for an overlap in the subject matter of interest (i.e. that particular election)? Not many. (If you want such a discussion for RttWH, user WallAdhesion did bring up The Punch.) It's just the norm that more often than not, an election prediction source is simply cited as a data point.

So in short, Yoblyblob is proposing that 1) this RttWH article be axed and then, partly because RttWH now therefore doesn't have an article, 2) axe references to it on Wikipedia articles. No good merge target presents itself, so keeping an article with a length around the stub threshold is still preferable to deletion, as the film does appear somewhat in secondary sources. I previously nominated this article for deletion but the result of the Feb 2025 AFD was keep. Some of those keep votes said possibly "toosoon", "Promise of English football" and "Young player with ongoing pro career". According to stat sites this player has never played a game for any first team of any club in the English Football League (EFL), and appears to be without a club. The highest league he seems to have played in is the Northern Premier League, which is level 7 in the English football league system. Seems highly tenuous to keep an article about a football player such as this. N.B. none of the Blyth Spartans current squad have articles, but this guy should have one because he started off in an EFL academy?! Local papers routinely write about academy prospects as part of routine coverage, but not all of those players mentioned in the local press make it as a pro. • Comment a Google Scholar search of "CB Weinberg" finds a significant number of fairly well cited papers. Unfortunately he does not have a profile, and Scopus has nothing on him so someone would have to count by hand unless there is a better way. For certain his h-factor is more than 20, cites > 2K. • Comment. (Here from Wikipediocracy, where I often learn about both articles needing improvement and AfDs). Weinberg appears to be the Associated Press' go-to economist: search on apnews.com for "Carl Weinberg" and "High Frequency Economics". That looks to me like a solid indicator of impact in his field, by no means run of the mill. (Many of the non-AP articles I looked at, in the financial and general press, also referred to TV appearances.) But I can't find a single published profile to lock it down; the closest is this, which is all about his opinion, but attributes the biographical paragraph at the end to the High Frequency Economics website. Munro and his firm High Frequency Economics, as part of a 1500-word piece on business economists fighting tough job market conditions by changing jobs or going independent. I spotchecked the results for "CB Weinberg" mentioned above, and those include results for other economists, including notably a "Charles B. Weinburg" with some research overlap. @Ldm1954 and Yngvadottir: in case that affects your opinions. I propose merging to 2025 Florida wildfires because this seems to fail WP:WILDFIRE-NOTE and WP:NEVENT. "Master of Surgery" is a very broad description which means different things in different countries, but on the whole is quite a vague term. There is no standard meaning like MBBS, and moreover this article is almost entirely unsourced.

Comment - I'm coming at this from somebody with a bit of an interest in degrees rather than medicine, but I feel like there must be something out there. I mean, it's offered by the University of Cambridge as the surgical equivalent of the MD, there must be some history there. I just took a quick look and, while I wouldn't argue that it amounts to significant coverage, there's a bit on the origins of the Cambridge MChir here. I propose merging to 2026 State of the Union Address because the subject fails WP:NCRIME, or deleting if the content is determined not to be WP:DUE in that article. There's a lot of narrative WP:PRIMARYNEWS reporting at the time of the events (the murder, the guilty plea, &c.) but no serious WP:INDEPTH analysis of the events. Notability is not inherited from the fact that Donald Trump mentioned it in a speech (see WP:TRUMPCRUFT), and the mentions by The Remembrance Project constitute routine coverage since according to our article on it the Project maintains a list of American citizens killed by illegal immigrants in the United States and works to draw attention to the victims of such crimes. Couldn't find anything that looks like in-depth coverage on Google News, Books, or Scholar, nor the Wikipedia libary.   • Geographical scope? The coverage of the investigation, charge, trial, and conviction was mostly in local/regional news, other than this ABC article. Most of the coverage about the SoTU speech was in local/regional news. Non-local: part of the cited America Magazine article, part of a Fox News article, brief mention in NBC, brief mention in Politico.
  • Depth of coverage? The coverage with "analysis that puts events into context" is related to the speech.
  • Duration of coverage? There's coverage from 2023-2025 contemporaneous with the investigation, charge, trial, and conviction. Then there's coverage in 2026 related to the SoTU address.
  • Diversity of sources? Not seeing "significant national or international coverage", even with the SoTU address.
  I was originally thinking merge, but the summary in 2026 State of the Union Address is sufficient already: "highlighting graphic and violent crimes committed by illegal immigrants". Medina's murder was a brief part of the speech. It wouldn't make sense to cover this in that article without noting the other crimes mentioned, and individual coverage of each crime he mentioned would be undue. Keep – I believe the subject has sufficient coverage to justify an article under WP:GNG, particularly when the more recent international coverage is considered.

In January 2025, the Emirates News Agency published dedicated coverage of the Museum of the Future launching a ten lecture series led by Casagranda, identifying him as the featured lecturer and discussing his work and background.

The Government of Dubai Media Office later covered the program and Casagranda's role in it, reporting that he was delivering more than ten lectures at the Museum of the Future during 2025.

The Museum of the Future renewed Lessons from the Past for a second season in 2026, with Casagranda again serving as the lecturer for the year long program.

Support merging. WP:OVERLAP is actually 100% here. Everything that needs to be explained about "Hellenic" as a "branch" is also explained in Greek language. Factually the two concepts are exactly coextensive; the notion that there might be some parts of the tree that fall under "Hellenic" but possibly not under "Greek" proper is not more than a marginal footnote and needs no more than two sentences of coverage in any article. When merging, this material should be slimmed down considerably; in particular, we really don't need the large amount of repetition of material from Ancient Macedonian language either in the "Hellenic" or the "Greek" article. Hellenic languages include any languages or dialects more closely related to Greek than to any other Indo-European language but outside the group of all the attested Greek dialects.   The theoretical issue of how we would classify hypothetical languages we will never know about is not generally something we have encyclopedic coverage for. Nobody in all the years that this article existed ever found it worthwhile to write about that aspect of the topic, and we are not doing that for other one-language branches of IE either (or any other family for that matter). Do we have a sentence in Armenian language saying that "the Armenic branch of IE comprises Armenian and would also comprise any other hypothetical language that might once have existed and was more closely related to Armenian than to other IE languages"? There's relatively little news coverage of him, most of which is just press releases of executive comings and goings. WP:NCEO says we frequently keep pages for CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. Bangladeshi journalist. The references are all to his own work, to his own website, to routine bios, etc.: there is nothing that amounts to sustained coverage of Sadique in reliable sources independent of him, as required for WP:BASIC.

The article has previously been speedy deleted as G11 and then soft deleted through AfD (at my nomination last year), before being recreated. It would be good to have some participation this time, so that this article can be hard deleted, if participants here consider that appropriate. It might be worth considering applying WP:SALT. Respectful suggestion to User:Shocksingularity: You can't just look at what was in the article at the time; it is important to do a WP:BEFORE search which in this case turns up plenty of SIGCOV. This page fails WP:NLIST since there appears to be no sources discussing Pappas' works (and random other sources that discuss his work) as a group. His works are mostly self-published ("Sweatlodge Publishing" is the name he puts on his self-published books) and there's no evidence this body of work is covered in a way that warrants a list. Usually, bibliography pages are for people whose third-party published works are prolific and too long to include in their page. This WP:BLP fails to meet the WP:GNG because of a lack of WP:SIGCOV from reliable, independent sources. Of what is currently in the article, the vast majority of the sources are either primary to teams she has played for or are stats databases. • Draftify - This is sort of an ongoing plague for women in sports, and women in general - women get less coverage because of systemic bias, which is used to insist that a player who (as in this case, for example) played on US national teams for at minimum 4 years, was one of the first picks for a new club at its founding, etc. isn't "notable enough." And then when people look for information on her, they find she isn't listed on Wikipedia, and figure she must not be that notable because she doesn't have a page, when we've got tons of pages like Vince Thompson that nobody seems to object to, and around and around we go.   Interestingly, the player I linked above was nominated for deletion, & the conversation on that page (Vince Thompson AfD) kind of makes my point for me - the immediate response is "of COURSE he's notable, he played professional football," despite the fact that WP:ATHLETE has no discreet standards for American football or soccer.

  But that's the exact double standard I'm pointing at: a guy playing professional American football of course meets GNG by default, but women's sports don't by default, and because they are not presumed notable, documentation diminishes.

  To be fair, Flammia plays in an amateur league (not the highest league) where many of the teams don't have articles. Vince Thompson led the biggest sports league in the world (NFL) in an important statistical category. BeanieFan11 (talk) 23:04, 17 September 2026 (UTC)

  I misread the status of the league in question, and that part is on me - I've been running into exactly the same issue with WPBL player pages being shifted to Draft for insufficient notability when WPBL is a professional league, so it looked like this was the same issue over again. The phrase "pre-professional" is a weird one. So on that, I stand corrected, and agree.

  I do stand by the statements re: those the AfD talk page that had nothing to do with what Vince Thompson may or may not have done, but the flat statement that 'he played in the NFL, and that's enough.' Now that his page has been massively expanded and shows his notability, sure, that's great, I have no arguments, it should definitely stay. But this is the page that was nominated for deletion, and the page that people responded to saying 'he's in the NFL, that's enough.' Not 'he led the biggest sports league in the world in an important statistical category,' but 'by default, being in this pro league is enough.'

  That there are no separate standards for notability for American football & baseball, but the assumption seems to default to 'male pro players are notable by default for being pro players, female pro players are not and must demonstrate to the nth degree before their pages stop getting taken down' is... frustrating, to put it mildly, and I stand by that as a problem.

  Just not, as it happens, in this specific case.

  The WPBL literally just started a month ago, why should we assume its participants are notable? Now, I think the concept of automatic notability for the NFL and anything else is total nonsense and substantive sources must still be expected and the Thompson page was crap, but there's still a big difference between pro football which is televised and is in the news and a four-team league that just started and few have heard of. Being paid for playing sports isn't what makes notability seen as default, it's that the big four leagues get widespread coverage, and many female leagues unfortunately don't. — Reywas92^Talk 15:14, 18 September 2026 (UTC)

  I couldn't have asked for a more succinct explanation of the exact (extremely circular) issue I've been explaining for several comments.

  The WPBL isn't just some random new league; it is the direct descendant league of the AAGPBL. Maybelle Blair is the honorary chair of the advisory board (she's 99, what more could one ask) & the basis for the league mascot.

• Delete This has nothing to do with being a female athlete or systemic bias: this is a college student who is playing on a low-level amateur development team – not a professional one – whose league has a seven-week season of playing against only other teams in Virginia/Maryland. She played on a youth national team that's not a basis for notability either – only some members of the equivalent men's U-20 team have articles: those who play in the professional MLS.
